DAY 1-3

[5min Contemplation: XIV Temperance]

Concentrate on the Major Arcana Tarot card and contemplate on the symbols, the colours, what is happening, why is it happening, who is the character, what is the character thinking, and anything else that might come to mind; question everything about the image and write down any thoughts, ideas, sounds, visions, sensations, or feelings. You must then remain conscious of your contemplation session throughout your day as a personal experience with the Divine Energy associated with the Major Arcana Tarot card will manifest itself.

At the end of the day, you can reread your notes to gain further wisdom and understanding and add any additional notes regarding your personal experience.

[5min Meditation: Stillness]

Immediately following the previous exercise, remain in a state of complete stillness—no movement, thought, or emotion.

After completing this exercise, write down your thoughts and feelings regarding your meditation session.

DAY 4-5

[5min Breathing: In-Out]

The In-Out exercise is a simple practice of inhaling to a count of four, exhaling to an equal count of four, and then repeating the cycle without pausing. It is extremely important that our breathing follows a steady rhythm and tempo; we should always maintain the same count as we inhale and as we exhale.

We can also increase the count to six, eight, ten, or more, once our heart rate slows down, but the goal should never be to reach the highest count possible; our objective should simply be to maintain a comfortable and steady rhythm and tempo throughout the meditation practice. If we do increase the count, we must do so as we inhale.

[5min Meditation: Stillness]

Immediately following the previous exercise, remain in a state of complete stillness—no movement, thought, or emotion.

After completing this exercise, write down your thoughts and feelings regarding your meditation session.

DAY 6-7

[5min Breathing: In-Hold-Out-Hold]

The In-Hold-Out-Hold exercise is extremely powerful to balance the relationship between our ego and our Divine soul. It is similar to the In-Out exercise, but we are now holding our breath after we inhale, and after we exhale.

As in the In-Out exercise, it is extremely important that our breathing follows a steady rhythm and tempo; we should always maintain an equal count as we inhale, as we exhale, and as we hold both breaths. We may also increase the count, once our heart rate slows down, as we inhale.

Holding our breath after we inhale should be an easy task as we are fulfilling our ego with abundance, but holding our breath after we exhale might be a struggle as we are stripping ourselves of our ego—and the ego will resist—and realigning our state of consciousness with our Divine soul.

If we find ourselves gasping for air or tensing up, we must reduce the count for each step in this exercise as a meditation practice should never be stressful; we must always remain in a peaceful, balanced, and relaxed state.

[5min Meditation: Stillness]

Immediately following the previous exercise, remain in a state of complete stillness—no movement, thought, or emotion.

After completing this exercise, write down your thoughts and feelings regarding your meditation session.

DAY 8-9

[5min Breathing & Visualization: In-Hold-Out-Hold & Divine Light]

The In-Hold-Out-Hold exercise is extremely powerful to balance the relationship between our ego and our Divine soul. It is similar to the In-Out exercise, but we are now holding our breath after we inhale, and after we exhale.

As in the In-Out exercise, it is extremely important that our breathing follows a steady rhythm and tempo; we should always maintain an equal count as we inhale, as we exhale, and as we hold both breaths. We may also increase the count, once our heart rate slows down, as we inhale.

We may enhance the In-Hold-Out-Hold exercise to bring healing to our body by visualizing Divine Light beaming down on us from Heaven above. We may then visualize Divine Light entering our body as we inhale, healing and reenergizing our body as we hold our breath in, and then carrying out all impurities as we exhale. We may finally remain in a state of purity as we hold our breath out.

[5min Meditation: Stillness]

Immediately following the previous exercise, remain in a state of complete stillness—no movement, thought, or emotion.

After completing this exercise, write down your thoughts and feelings regarding your meditation session.
